This "Privacy Statement" set forth, among other things, the information that AIA gathers from you on the Site, how such information may be used or disclosed by AIA to third parties, and the efforts that AIA takes to protect such information. Information Collection

As you are aware, your use of the Site and payment for any Classes/Workshops is governed by the iStudio User Agreement which you may h ave entered into with AIA. In general, AIA does not collect personally identifiable information, other than your registration information and certain information that you may choose to pose on the Site or e-mail to AIA. AIA utilizes a third party payment processor, TrustCommerce, to collect the membership fee and any other charges. AIA, therefore, neither receives nor stores your billing information, such as a credit card number. AIA may utilize software to collect and store various information about the usage habits and activities of its registered users. By way of example, AIA may track the number of people that visit certain pages on the Site or the names of users who use particular features of the Site so as to better provide features and services to you. All such information collected and stored will be used solely for AIA's internal business purposes.

AIA may set and access cookies on your computer for various business purposes including but not limited to storing user id and password information and storing usage patterns.

Protection of the Information Collected

As set forth above, your user ID and password are confidential and should not be shared with anyone if you have been given an account. If you believe that your user ID or Password have been misappropriated or otherwise compromised, you should notify AIA promptly and change your user ID and/or Password. Upon completion of a session, please be sure to log off of the Site so that unauthorized persons can not use your user ID and/or Password or access your account information. You acknowledge that regardless of the precautions taken by you or by AIA, AIA cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted by or to you and you transmit and/or store such information at your own risk.

How We Use the Information Collected

In general, AIA uses the information collected from you solely for its internal business purposes. To that end, by using the Site, you expressly consent to AIA using this information to assess the function and performance of the Site, to assess the needs of its customers, to market AIA's products and services and for any other internal business purposes. Any information which you provide or which AIA otherwise obtains will be used solely by AIA and will not be sold or made available to third parties, with the exception of the third parties providing payment or data processing or similar services to AIA, or in connection with AIA's provision or marketing of products and services to you. Non-Confidential Information

From time to time, you may have the opportunity to post information, including headshots, on the Site. You will also be given an opportunity to designate such information as "confidential" by contacting AIA at info@aiastudios.com. Information that is not designated by you as "confidential" may be provided or made available free of charge to entertainment professionals using the iStudio Gallery database. Should you wish to re-designate any previously designated non-confidential information as confidential, please contact us immediately by email. You can also modify and delete your personal information by visiting your personal homepage at www.aiastudios.com.

Editing and Updating Your Information

Upon reasonable request, AIA will grant you access to any personal information that AIA has collected, which personally identifies you, for the sole purpose of permitting you to correct or amend the information where it is inaccurate. Also, your registration information is available and can be updated through an "update profile" link which appears on the homepage of the Site.

Additional Privacy Information

You acknowledge and understand that any information you provide to third parties through websites that are linked to or from the AIA Studios Site may have different rules that apply to their collection, use or disclosure of your personal information and that AIA does not and cannot ensure that any information that you may provide will be kept confidential.
