A CHANCE TO GIVE BACK TO YOUR COMMUNITY

Come join a community of mentors consisting of actors, studio execs, screenwriters, and agents and build relationships as you give back to the community!

In each school that offers the program, 10 elementary school students are paired with 10 volunteering creative professionals who guide and encourage them as they imagine, develop and write their own short "screenplay". Each mentor serves only as a facilitator; the student is the storyteller ¿ of every idea, plot, character, and word. By encouraging and coaching, mentors reveal the young writers inherent talent, giving them the opportunity to fully explore and express their individual creative voices.

Over 1,200 kids will participate! Click here to learn more. To ask further questions or get involved, email the Program's Director, Lisa Goodfried.
