Questions and Answers

For such a young woman you have had a great career. Give us a quick timeline from when you started to where you are now.

I started acting when I was 3 and continued till I was 7 with some success.
I then took a break until I was 19 and that’s when I really started to work and take it more seriously.

I heard you won a HUGE Guess? Watches ad campaign. A Guess Watches gig is a huge career booster. Tell us about how that happened.

I was entered in the Guess Watches, faces to watch model search. It started out with 75,000 entrants and was cut down to ten boys and ten girls. Paul Marciano, the CEO and founder of GUESS? Then choose two men and two women to be the next faces of the fall/holiday watch ad campaign. Needles to say this is a huge break in the modeling industry.

Online Poker is now such a big part of your life. How has your game changed since you started playing cards?

Well when I first got started I thought it was all about luck and the occasional bluff. I know now that there are pot odds, implied odds, reading players, bluffing, and position to name a few that will affect your game. So I would say now my game is on a whole different level now.

Do you prefer Poker tournaments or cash games?

Cash games.

Being in the poker biz gets you to Vegas a lot. Give us a quick Vegas story.

Well I can’t say too much but it involves an all night poker game in a suite at The Palms, and at one point there was over $100,000 on the table (including two very high end watches). But remember what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

When you aren't playing poker or modeling and acting what do you do in your spare time?

Well I just got a French Bulldog so I think my life might be consumed with him for the next few months.

Who is the most influential poker player out there for you right now?

There are too many to say. I take a bit from everyone.

You have done about a half-dozen poker commercials for Absolute Poker. What is it like to be out somewhere like a bar or restaurant and see yourself on an international ad?

It’s great! I always laugh because there is always one person that recognizes me and then I turn beet red!

Tell us a bit about what Absolute Poker has going on right now.

Absolute Poker has some great promos and poker tournaments to shout about right now. The Bad Beat Jackpot has caused a big stir in the online poker world with the biggest winner to date taking home over $162,000.
